I’ve had cold sores all my life and never really thought anything about them. But this past Monday I woke up and I have at least 5 that I could see and at two others that I felt. Went to the doctor and they gave me Valtrex. I’m starting to heal now. Was this episode something different? The most cold sores I’ve had before this episode was two. I am running myself down lately (long story). Not eating great. Is that it? Please advise. Kinda worried.
