So if you have HSV-1 Genitally what happens ? are there still break outs genitally ? or no just cold sores around the face ?

okay so heres the thing i got a tingly feeeling for about 8 -9 days now and my throat swelled up just today a little i can feel it in my throat when i swallow but the tingly feeling has slowed down and not so much ...... is this a possible near outbreak exp but it stopped?
