  1. Hi guys, I’ve been recently diagnosed and I’m just trying to get back to my “normal.” I’ve completed a full 10 day of Valtrex and my sore have subsided. Being that I also had a yeast infection, I just took some flucanozole for that so waiting on it to do it’s duty. idk, I’m still itchy and weird down there. I’ve been taking lysine+, oregano oil capsules and vitamin C daily vitamins. My symptoms have eased to a degree but now I have new ones also. Like I said, my lady parts are still itchy and it almost feels raw. I can’t explain it but no visible sore just super uncomfortable. HELP. What did you find helpful? What are some good remedies for relief? What helped with your suppression? What are the best supplements or vitamins for HSV2? All are welcomed. Thanks in advance.
  2. Has anyone ever spread their HSV? Midi if I actually have but I’m having weird symptoms on my face. Super oily skin, itchy and tingly all over and nowhere at once, dry patches on nose and now a single Whitehead in the corner of my right nostril. Please help!
  3. will do. I’m so happy this exist! Being diagnosed at first is so heart wrenching but knowing there is a whole community out there makes it all bearable. Thank you guys so much.
  4. Hi, I’m 22 in the PA area. Recently diagnosed and just looking for a friend. Preferably someone my age but any kind of support is welcomed. I’m friendly and I’ll do my absolute best to return it.
  5. @RaymondPlacido thanks, my mental battle has been on and off but I’m thinking the same thing. It’s a blessing in disguise truly. I always found myself all stressed and worked up over the simplest of things and it’s like now, I have no choice but to be calm. I can’t risk making myself “sick”
  6. @gina99 thanks for your time and kind words girl. I’m not going to let this depress me
  7. @Gina99 Will HSV ever appear in single bump form? Maybe like a giant pimple
  8. @Gina99 thank you thank you. One last pending question: is it possible to get it in your nose?
  9. Hey @Gina99 thanks for the kind words. It’s HSV 2. They hospital did a swab of one of the lesions when I went. It was positive for HSV 2. I assume it’s the same on my mouth too but I haven’t been back to the doctor. Also, my nose feels all tingly and I’m noticing “dry patches” on top. This may just be my paranoia (could just be dry skin from cold weather) but it feels itchy all over my face in random spots and idk. I’m freaking out.
  10. I’m new to this but here goes nothing. I’m 22 and just recently moved to a new city. Usually a prude, I thought I’d try something new. Long story short, what I thought was a really bad yeast infection turned out to be an initial outbreak. Horrified, ashamed and frustrated I did not take the diagnosis well. Now 3 weeks later and my symptoms have not subsided, even while taking valtrex. Also, is it possible to spread the disease to your face? Notice some white bumps in the corner of my mouth and started using lysine lip clear. Another thing, is it possible to have an OB in your nose? Seems like I’m batting zero. Somebody please help.
