I am so scared of what's next... I don't have insurance so my plan is to take a multivitamin, oil of oregano, vitamin c, vitamin d, and l-lysine. I also plan to restart my low carb diet I was on pre-outbreak - eliminating peanuts and coffee, and sweet tea. I am so fearful of recurrent outbreaks. This was literally one of the worst experiences of my life. I have never been so miserable and in pain. Truly contemplated ending my life pre-percocet. Is there anything else I need to do?

Is it safe to just be kissing someone normally who has HSV1 orally? I have googled and googled and I'm not really finding an answer. Should I protect our kisses to avoid catching HSV1 orally? Do we need to wrap ourselves in saran wrap before every kiss? Im really scared. Unfortunately I've already contracted it from him unknowingly from his mouth to my genitals. I would really prefer to not have it in both places.

He said these percocets would work for that. They do not.

Urinating completely kills me. How do I pee without dying? I am absolutely terrified of the bathroom. I tried peeing in the tub that hurt even worse. I am in the midst of my first genital outbreak. This has absolutely been the worst experience of my life. I'll take a million UTIs over this.
