Hello- Ive been having what feels like irritated lymph nodes from my left side groin area (right where I sit) to about half way up my outer labia. I had an outbreak a couple weeks ago which I get once a year now. Can’t remember if this happened on the last outbreak. It’s just hard to sit down when it feels like this. Anyone else experience this? How long after did the tenderness subside?
