Hello all, I got ghsv1 about 7 years ago, and didn't have a second outbreak until about 4 months ago, during a time of tremendous stress. I know the chances of me having that second outbreak after so many years was slim, but it happened. Now I am filled with so much anxiety and fear about another outbreak to the point where I don't even want to be sexual with my boyfriend whom I love very much and I hate it. Anyone else with anxiety have any advice on coping? Thank you❤
