Thank you Grace, the only thing id say has been different is getting the covid vaccine but im definitely going to take your advice and explore every option because it not only has been physically painful but mentally n emotionally exhausting as well.

New here! So ive been dealing with this since 2019. initially i only had the first OB n then one a few months later that year. Then did not have any up until this yr 2021. I started antivirals in february. I was prescribed valtrex 1g a day n it ddnt work after 3 months then switched to Acyclovir 400 mg 2x a day. The outbreak always in same spot right at the crevice of my thigh n genital area it always swells then burst then “heals” but then never goes away. I dnt get other symptoms just the boil like lesion that wont go away. ive gone to the drs n theres nothing wrong with me besides working overnights n being tired occasionally, i eat good get exercise. My dr said to give the pills a couple months but Im really frustrated and its ruining my relationship because we cnt be intimate at all. My partner is super understanding but i just feel bad.. im wondering if anyone has suggestions. Are there other medicines that can possibly help because i just feel like im resistant to the Acyclovir n valtrex
