hi @bookworm88 im like you i have H since almost 4 years... is not easy.. is a looong process to acept and understand... our life is full of question now.. like WHY ME... maybe you feel dirty.. sad.. with no hopes... but think in possitive...u are not alone.. you are married .. u have a life to live.. the pass is the pass... u have the present and the future.. i want to talk u about my 1 year... * one of the worst of my life.. I IGOT SICK like 12 month in a year..our body fight a lot in this year... u probably feel very sick and depress..but dont worry IS NORMAL.. the next year is better.. and the next probably too.. this is my 4 year and i only had 2 OB... for now.. and very soft.. i use natural things i discover NEEM a plant for india but in my country i can find it in everywhere.. maybe in your country too... search on web about it.. i put the neem ( leaves) in hot water.. and them i take a shower in a tub...for 30 minutes.. is amazing i feel excelent ... maybe u can try... i send u ALL MY LOVE.. and if u want u can talk with me.. i felt very bad... sometimes i hate my life.. and i want to die.. i thoungt to go to the psychologist but i didnt go cuz a have shame.. but now and thanks to the HERPESLIFE... im feeling better i shared my life and feelings with other people.. im not alone.. hi everybody.. i understad u A LOT.. i cant use condoms like DUREX ... i only can use TROYANS if i use DUREX i get sick .. the next day i feel weird.. and i put cream ) aciclovyr= to stop the sintoms and it works.. but if i used TROYANS i feel nice and healthy.. i hace almost 4 years with this .. H. but day by day is more soft and sometimes i forget my tragedy . be stronge . hugs

of course.. i know that.. the risk exist.. because of that i have this virus... i think is better ( for me) think in we are more NOT contagious that contagious... the risk exist.. but i feel better and more normal if i see the situation.. by the other side... i think people form here PROTECT our partners... we are worried about others... and we dont want to do the same that the others did with us...
