I was just shaving and found a small lump on my vagina. It was very round and looked like a rather large spot. I thought I could see a little yellow head on it, and the rest of it was yellowish too. I haven't had any itching/discomfort prior. It hurts to touch. I tried to squeeze it and a little pus liquid cane out of the head. Does this sound like herpes? I've been with my Boyfriend for almost 3 years and none of us have ever had a known herpes outbreak before. Really worried
