  1. @whitedaisies .... we have another GHSV1 person with ongoing non-OB symptoms ... can you add them to your radar please? @acd0820 ... I am working on gathering info on people with GHSV1 with atypical, non-OB symptoms .... @whitedaisies is my point person for that... I hope she will chime in here when she gets a moment.. :) Hello. I would be glad to help in anyway.
  2. Okay. Thank you all for your comments. I really appreciate it. I just got an OB so that's was probably triggering it.
  3. My period coming in a week and a half. So not sure if it's close. What part of the body are you experiencing it.
  4. There are a few on this site that have full body prodrome from H. I get muscle aching and tenderness in buttock and back if thighs from H and won't have a visible on either. @sil88 and @whitedaisies experience strange symptoms tok. Thank you so much, I really appreciate this. I will keep you posted if the pain still remains, but having these symptoms was related to other stds (e.g. HIV) and I wasn't really sure if its H, anxiety, or another STD. But you definitely shed some light to my current situation. Thank you so much
  5. Hello, I have been suffering from muscle aches throughout my body along with tender lymph nodes near my pubic bone and is currently experiencing pain behind my left thigh. All the pain I have experience includes toes and fingers tingling. I've been feeling this for 2 weeks. I have been diagnosis with GHSV1 for 11 months now. Am I experiencing a reccurent outbreak with no visible sore or should I be concerned this is something else? I just got an STD test done today just incase this isn't anything else because I am sexual active with the use of condoms vaginally. Any feedback will be helpful. Thanks.

  7. Okay. So I'm sure I'm experiencing the same hing. Thanks for your help.
  8. Probably more stress. I started graduate school in another state which could probably be the reason. Was your swollen groin nodes in the same location I discribed?
  9. Valtrex can take time and it doesn't always make everything go away.. I have found the couple times I had swollen lymph nodes, they take longer to go away than any sire I have. Yeah, mine have been like that too. I've even had sharp aching for the first time in my groin crease, where I kept getting bright red sensitive skin fro. H. Yeah. Something we have to get use to, but have you ever experienced it in the area I'm discussing ?

  11. Yes lymph nodes are all over. This is just a sign of your immune system recognizing the virus trying to come out of dormacy and catching it. Okay. Thank you so much. I was very concerned . I took valtrex thinking it will go away but it hasn't. Just wanted to make sure that it's because of this virus and nothing else.. It's been tender to the touch for the past two weeks.
  12. Hello all, I was recently diagnosed with GHSV1 for 11months. This month I did not have a visible outbreak, but I believe I have swollen lymph nodes in the groin area. My question is about the location of my tender lymph nodes. It's not located in the crease where my thigh and public area meets but it's located on both sides of my pubic bone. Are lymph nodes located there as well? If so, is it common to have some tenderness there without an outbreak, how long would this last? I went to my gyno and she told me not to worry but didn't explain what the reason it maybe. Thank you so much.
