I’ve had genital hsv1 for 8 years now. I never get outbreaks. Forget I even have it. My boyfriend gets cold sores. I kissed him a day or two before he had one show up and was wondering if I was at risk to get them orally after already having it genitally for so long. I have been feeling tightness is my neck, possibly swollen glands and was wondering if this could be from new infection.

So are they fissures then? I've never had an outbreak act like this. Especially since the cuts go away and come back like a few days later.

Have genital hsv-1 for quite some time. Haven't had an outbreak in 4 years. Get them outside anus. Recently had some pain while going #2, and some blood on toilet paper. Noticed these very tiny cuts inside my anus, they don't hurt to touch or burn. The pain while going to the bathroom has subsided but these cuts are still there. They appear then disappear, then appear again shortly after. I have no pain with them now, they are just there. It has been almost 3 weeks. Does this sound like another outbreak? It's nothing similar to the first and have never lasted this long.
