  1. Hello all, My last recent exposure was last year November 23rd, 2015. I just took my latest lab test at October 4, 2016, so about a little more than 10 months post exposure. Here is what my lab results say: HSV 1/2 IGG,TYPE SPECIFIC AB HERPESELECT HSV 1 IGG TYPE SPECIFIC AB >5.00 H AT HSV 2 IGG TYPE SPECIFIC AB <0.90 N AT Flags - H = High L = Low N = Normal Value Interpretation ----- -------------- <0.90 Negative 0.90-1.10 Equivocal >1.10 Positive So I'm positive for HSV 1, but negative for HSV 2. I read that the IGG test is very good at picking up HSV2 infections and has a low rate of false-negatives. Is it safe to say these results are conclusive? Thanks.
