@SunDevourer Exactly! They don’t believe it.. They won’t get tested because they think... No way not me. I just feel so alone and I don’t have anyone in my life who really understands.

Hi Everyone! I was diagnosed with HSV 2 in April and I am having a very hard time dealing with this diagnosis. I was in a relationship for 4 years and it ended. I decided to have a sex life and contracted the hsv virus. I’ve disclosed to three people and been rejected by all of them. I’m 22 and from NJ. Looking for a buddy to talk to, etc. Someone around my age would be most preferable! :)

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed in April 2017 with HSV 2. I have disclosed to three people and have been rejected by all three. I try to stay positive and whatnot, but it is so hard to do that. I feel like I will never have a successful relationship again. I liked one guy and disclosed to him... Kept talking to him and one day he just stopped talking to me - this could or could not have been due to my HSV diagnosis, but I assume the worst. I don’t know what to do with myself it’s so hard to stay positive when it’s been such a terrible experience thus far.
