Hi what are essential oils?

Has anyone experienced burning when you work out on a treadmill. I have hsv1 vagina. I can't power walk without terrible burning pain. Help

I was diagnosed 8 years ago. Bit didn't have a outbreak until 1 year ago. I try to go on the treadmill to power walk and my vagina always burns really bad. I have hsv1 down there. I feel so helpless. Even just going for a long walk I start having that burning pain. It seems like my doctors are totally clueless. Any suggestions
