I talked with the doctor and we reschedule next week. He said it will get worse just wait a week. Btw can I ask you something? My husband and I had sex saturday and sundan it started itch and monday full outbreak :( we use condom though but no antivirals :( He is still neg after 6 years and I want to keep him that way. What are the possibilities?

Okay I have this rash like liken planus kind of thing which still not diagnosed. I had a biopsy schedule this thursday and today I brokeout. Biopsy will be inside of labia minora and outbreak is on the outside labia minora. Its exactly the same labia. Doctor said it would be fine but wouldnt be worse. With stiches and outbreak. Should I re schedule? Doctor says this is important! You shouldnt cancel it but I had a second thoughts in my mind.

Its been more than 5 years now. I miss my old days enjoying sex. Now, while doing it I am so anxious. Cant enjoy. I missed those days. Since I have been diagnose nothing is normal down below. Almost every week I had something weird happening down there. Itchs, stings, burns. Sometimes for a week everything is fine such a relief. And its not always there is visual outbreak. Doctors dont understand give me some cortisone cream or yeast medicine and send home. I wish there was a cure or relief from this :( I am so frustrated. I accept the fact thats what I have but couldnt accept the constant disturbness. Ah I needed to rant!

I don't know the stats for transmission during an outbreak (and it's pretty much impossible to say if what you're experiencing is an outbreak without seeing your doctor). If someone with a new infection is going to show symptoms, they usually do so within about 10 days. I very much relate to being hyper aware of my genitals for months. As I continue to become more at peace with my status, that has largely gone away. Remember that your husband knows your status and still chooses to have sex. None of us can predict our outbreaks and sometimes we don't even know if what we're experiencing is an OB! We can only do our best. Then it's up to our partner to make their own decisions, knowing there will always be a risk of transmission. How about this? We are using condom everytime we had sex. When he tries to pull of condom with his fingers what about the posibility to transmit to his hand or he touches his eyes? He is a lens user and so scarres he might get somehow to his eye. I dont even let me him touch me down there and its frustrating :(

On my inner labia I found out one small white pimplish and painless bump. Last nite, I had sex with my husband no prodrome feeling at all. This morning I got little itchy so I wanted to check. Its more looking like pimple so I wanted to squeeze it which puss doesnt come out easly like pimple. It was little hard and I tries hard and small white puss came up. Could be mild outbreak? What are the possibility of transmission? My husband used condom no suppression though my livee has some problem and my doctor cut it out! Btw, did you guys feel like its constant disturbance and I am always aware of my vagina after herpes. This started after 3-4 months after I got diagnosed. I have it for like 5 years and soooo tired!

Hello everyone, I have herpes for almost 5 years now. I am happily married but our sex life is not much. 2-3 times a week maybe less. This time I had operation for wisdom teeth. And use a lot of antibiotics. After 3 weeks of no sex, me and hubby had sex just for 2 min. I havent had symptoms before sex so I thought its safe. but after 2 min I had some discomfort and little pain. I washed off and check with a mirror. No blisters, little reddish spot inside labia minora. Also I now have minor symptoms like tingling. So freaking out, could he contracted after 4 year. (He doesnt have it.) we used condom and I am using valtrex. But 3 days ago I forgot to take valtrex. What are the risks? Red spot is inside my labia minora.

Hello, Yesterday night, I go commando in PJs for vagina health. And I forgot to put it dirty close basket. It was in my chair, in my room. I had my outbreaks healed 2 weeks ago. Today in the morning my sister wearing my PJs, I immidealty get her off. She said she was wearing underpants in it. I still freaked out. I know I have not have outbreak but the small risk of transmission w/o obs. God, help me pls? I am scarred :(

I had an outbreak on 5th Jan. for like 8-9 days. All the prodromes, open sore even single itch stopped since then. Buy today I checked and there was still redish, small spots remains around the place that I get outbreak. I have it like 4years now and never left a mark before. This was also minor small 2 spots as usual. I get them 2-3 times a year. This is the first time I found that it was still not normal. Any ideas how to get normal skin again? Does it contains virus? Do you think its still active? Its been 13 days so how long should I wait to see doctor? I am using zinc oxide cream for the skin and valtrex. Ps. I used valtrex almost 3.5 years daily. Now, I am using episodically for 6 mos. do u think this cause the red marks remained? Thanks in advance, Love

They didnt swab just visual diagnoses. It has been on and off like 3 mos almost. The rash is always there but itch is fade away somedays

I have a raised rashes penny size in vulva no blister, no pain just occasionaly itch. I have visited many doctors. I used yeast and bacterial infections treatment. Skin treatment from dermotologist like streoid creams, non streoid creams also essential oils. Its been more than 2 mos. Sometimes flares up and burns alot somedays are fine. Rash is always there but no sypmtoms. Its like anything it looks like eczema but doctor tested for it. Any ideas or syptoms like mine? I have herpes for 3.5 years and I used valtrex daily. Ps. I am also newly married and my hubby is very patient about this but I feel like he got bored about this. I always push him away because of this. I fear that it might me herpes. I know it cant last long for 2 months but I can think of anything

I dont know how to relax my mind! Its been anxiety attacks all over my head. I cant enjoy sex, I cant enjoy intimissi :( I love him deeply but I am scarred that he might not love me if he catchs it!

I am going to see new psychatrist today. My aunts know him and scarred that he might tell them. I know its forbidden but they worked together for years so I am anxious about it

It could be psychological too but I am curious about possibility of this way transmission

This weekend me and my fiance stayed in a hotel. We weren't seeing eachother almost a month and so passionate. While having sex like 5-10 min I started having pain inside my vagina we stopped and I checked outside no visible outbreak. Then later dinner we tried and everything was fine. (Just a little painful no disturbing) In the morning We tried again and same pain! we immideatley stopped. ( he is so supportive about this) btw we dont use lubrication but use condoms with extra lubrication on it almost for 3 years same brand. No alergenic to condoms either. 2-3 hours later we tried again then we manage to have it in a different position and there was little pain in the and not the beginning though! Know I am scarred to death I had an internal ob and gave with vaginal fluids :( I am so anxious about this since he gets more illness then me. My immunity is little stronger I believe so I keep manage the outbreak less painful and scarred that he might get worse thing from me. Forgive me for my questions back to back, thanks in advance

Thank you. He never mention it though never bother me with herpes either. He obviously dont care but I am scarred to date. I become OCD about transmitting someone I love even though I dont have much of a problem with herpes

Hello, I have some question in my mind that I wanted to ask for males reaction. Little back ground. My ex had herpes didnt tell me untill he brokeout then told me. I was checked and negative (blood test). I sometimes got yeast infection though never think herpes (I wasnt educated). After we broke up I tested like 2-3 times, all was negative and I wasnt having symptoms also. I met my now fiance and didnt bother to tell him since I was sure I hadnt herpes. After our 4 month relationship I got my first outbreak. I immideatly went to doctor to get it swabbed and hsv2 came positive. I was devasted first I think my new bf had it too but after I told him (which was immideatly after I know my status) he tested negative. I started using daily valtrex and condoms ( before that we didnt use much of a condom) he got molluscum tested again with negatve results. He was very calm and supportive. We are dating almost 3 years now and getting married this July. My question is If you were him and transmitted from me what could have been reaction is? He loves me deeply but he was very upset about not telling him before which I even didnt know about it :( he wanted to me tell that I was suspicious about it before but I tested several times. I also can show my results was neg! :(

I know you sound so sure sweety but her sypmtoms look like herpes. She told me today that her itching stopped with yeast medicine but red rash remain with tingling feeling also. This sounds like herpes syptoms to me :( I know I sound paranoid but all the sudden she keeps having thia must be weird after I move in with her

Thank you sweety! I make it believe myself she has it :( I know its highly unlikely but what if! I am now thinking that she might be used my towel or something. Because she had an weird pimple on her buttocks like 3-4 months ago and now this. She is describing tingling, burning and itching down there. And I believe she doesnt have any because before her chemo they tested for everything I checked her results hsv1 is positive but 2 is negative. I remember when she was having chemo and radition she had several outbreaks on her lip but no down south. No stpmtoms at all. today I took her to doc which didnt even looked at it just gave some YI meds. If this meds clears this up can I rule out transmission? What are the risk of using towel or wet towel that used :( can virus survive in it like moist envoirment. So sorry the bother you all the time but this is killing me. I was doing great lately and this came up

How can I live If she transmit this little bugger because of me? We never use the same towel each of us had it different. I havent had breakout in my moms house. Could asyptomic shedding this occurs much from a toilet sit? Nanny couldnt get it cause her toilet is in her room for her use. Before this she had some look like herpes pimple on her buttcheck which wasnt waterfilled blisters and my aunt who is a nurse told her it look like shingles ( cause my mom had shingles on her chest like 10 years ago) I am making scenarios on my mind reading like crazy! I have been free of outbreaks for almost 3 months now yet she had this itchy vaginal openng when I moved in :( crap! Hope something else is happening down there. I gave her a zinc oxide spray to try and she said it burns a little like salt water touch the wound! I am going crazy

I moved to my moms house before my wedding. she somewhat had this weird itch in her anus that she keep telling me today she found out she had a rash around her vagina which seems like tender and itchy. I am almost dying since I heard this. I know you'll say no its not transmittable from toilet or towels ( which we dont use the same towel) why the hell started after I moved in with her. I know she hasnt been sexually active since she is divorced with my dad also we live in a muslim country and she's raised by this culture. Also she is taking care of my sick nanny so she wont be able to go out and have fun!I insisted on the take her to the doc. But she said nothing major just itches without discharge :( she even suprised since she is in menoupase for like 10 years and never had an yeast for so long. I read every where to find a proof this could happen but couldnt find it. She has a redness around her vaginal openingalso tenderness not rectum. Rectum part is just itchy. This morning she told me that she has a back pain with shooting pain in the left leg :(she had a chemo and radiation for her breast cancer last year nothing came up down there but she has the oral hsv also she had it orally for 30-40 years. She also had hernia in her back and she now says its not hurting back of her leg.I will be like first person to transmit via toilet :( I am so depressed and crying in my room I am going to kill myself if this happens to her she is my everything! I dont break out much but if she still gets it this way arrghh god must hate me, I dunno I am dying over here please help

Some peeps said that whitlow is very rare from hsv2. Its more common in hsv1 but still wish to know if this is true. If it is the rate must be lower

ıs there any rates like vaginal sex?

If I dont use valtrex and my bf fingers me what are the possibilities of hsv2 getting in his on finger? Also he uses contact lenses and I am scared to hell out of me :( If he gets whitlow then forget and touches his eyes :( ıt could be worse!!! Also he could lose his sight cause of this! Very paranoid I know but so scared :(

Well without obs I was fine with it. Last year was so good nothing at all. But I dunno whats triggering it. If you are on your first year probably it will ease soon. Because male genitals are very dry and it doesnt cause too many pains. But ours is wet and mucuosa membranes cause this feeling :(
