I just finished reading this book on my kindle and found some very useful information in regards to controlling outbreaks. Garlic and zinc supplements and a supplement called “brewers yeast.” 

There’s a chapter in regards to diet on what you should eat and shouldn’t eat as well.

Good read nonetheless.

This looks very interesting, thank you! I actually started eating more garlic, I mix it in with everything now and I’m wondering if it’s the reason that my outbreaks have stopped. Anyways, I’ll be interested to take a look at this!
