Vitamin recommendations???

So I recently stopped taking the Valtrex to see if that was the culprit to me losing hair, but after having my iud removed I got my period, which seems to be a cause to an OB. So I started feeling the sensation on my butt and immediately started popping vitamins and the valtrex. I don’t want to have to take the valtrex every day so I’m wondering what other vitamins have helped with OB and just general health with the big H

You don't have to take medication every day. (There are only 2 reasons to take medication anyway – check this article out for more on that.) And the best vitamins you will ever find are the natural vitamins in healthy, fresh food. Vegetables across the color spectrum. Healthy, colorful salads. Keep your gut flora healthy by eating lacto-fermented foods (fresh homemade sauerkraut, kimchi, etc.). General health will always be your first defense in keeping your herpes outbreaks at bay, because general health supports your immune system and helps your body keep herpes at bay naturally.

I take L-lysine 2000mg daily. I also eat clean and do a lot for gut health. I also avoid chemicals, such as lotions, detergents, makeup etc.
