How to wash laundry properly during outbreak?

Recommended Posts

Hi! I’ve recently been diagnosed with herpes, currently having my first outbreak : ‘ ( I’m looking for any tips/tricks for properly sanitizing clothing. Should I dispose of underwear worn during an outbreak? Should underwear, or really any fabric that may have had contact with my genital area during an outbreak, be washed separately? How do you all manage the laundry situation?

Don't worry about it, the virus dies really quickly outside the body so it won't stick to your clothes.
