Emotional

So I was diagnosed in like 1996 so I've had the H a long time. I was married and have 2 kids and as far as I know I have not passed it on. My question is I'm in the middle of a breakout and when it's coming I get SUPER emotional, almost suicidal. I have an outbreak 1-2 times per year (diabetic also so not the best immune system) and when I breakout I get crazy depressed I've noticed. Anyone else have that??

Do you still get periods? When you get an outbreak is it near your period? Or do you have other hormonal things going on? I've found when my hormones are causing problems I get outbreaks. Just wondering if it's hormones causing both the outbreaks and the bad feelings.
