Waiting for test results and have a question.

Waiting for my lab results to find out if I have HSV one or HSV-2. In the meantime, I have three fairly painful ulcers on my inner labia and down near my rectum. I’ve been reading about herpes, and it seems that the first outbreak is generally the worst. My question is this… These ulcers that I have are healing because they hurt considerably less than they did last Wednesday when they showed up. For a first, and I guess even subsequent, outbreak, do all of the sores show up at once, or is it common for them to appear gradually? I ask because I have three new tiny clusters of blisters in various parts that weren’t there yesterday.

Everyone's different but mine appeared gradually.
