I am new to this forum . I have so many unanswered questions about having herpes. For one I hadn't had but 2 outbreaks in the 2yrs that I have known I had this. But recently I have been having more frequent outbreaks. Is it because my partner & I are using toys alot,and the friction is causing the outbreaks. I am founder alit of stress at work as well. Truth be known I havent been taking very good care of myself. I need answers so badly

Are you using lube with your toys?? More lube, less friction.. it helps

I have read in the past that friction can cause outbreaks, including intercourse, so using more lube would be a thought. 🤞
