Hi Community Friends,

Adrial Dale changed my life.  After receiving the news in 2016 that I had contracted herpes, as many do, I felt my life was over.  I assumed I would not only never find love again but would loathe myself to eternity.  Adrial’s one on one coaching helped me re-write my narrative.  I enrolled in a weekly video session with Adrial that lasted for nearly 12 months.  I looked forward to it every week.  It was an uplifting hour of helping me re-shape the feelings I had about myself for years, waaaay before I contracted herpes.  We unraveled years of unhealthy mental habits about myself and those who influenced and shaped my life’s perceptions. Those break throughs helped us break down the shame and myths surrounding herpes.  

Adrial told me I would find love again.  He promised I would find happiness and that herpes would fad into the back ground of my life instead of being in the forefront.  He said you will think less and less about it over time.  He promised I would find “the opportunity” in it all and he was right!

His program works.  He walks the walk and delivers on the talk and tools.  I thank God for the friend that shared his website with me in my darkest hour.

Thank you for sharing this.  H is all new to me and I have experienced the exact same things that you've mentioned.  I'm still at the part of feeling like I'll never find love again and hating myself for having this.  I'm glad to hear that he was able to help you get through this. 🤗
