How do I tell my wife

I’ve been married for almost 4 years. I’ve been with my wife faithfully (no infidelity) for 7.

I had a relationship at a time when I was broken and felt unloveable. I had a relationship  with someone who had H and I thought we were careful. I ended the relationship, I didn’t think I had it, no symptoms.
Lately due to stress and just this virus, my wife has complained of lower stomach discomfort, body aches, flu like symptoms. I too am experiencing the same.

 I didn’t disclose to my wife that I had contact with someone who had it. I feel so much shame and fear. How do I do this!?

Have you been tested to confirm you have it?  I wouldn't be jumping to conclusions until you know for sure that you have H, and then go from there.
