My GHSV1 symptoms have fired up recently. Nerve pain, burning itching and other stuff. I don't take the antivirals but I am using Lion's Mane. I and adding Ginseng extract next week as I have read some positive information on its effect on HSV1 as a natural antiviral 

Anybody try this or something else that works for them?
