Is it normal.

 

Is it normal to eventually feel like it's all a big joke. Like a big ass dream you just had and woke up from? It isn't real. I swear on my life. I had this déjà vu feeling tonight. Like it wasn't true. And it was a big dream. In that moment, I felt like everything was okay. I felt happy. I don't know if this was an awakening moment or just a F it moment. Has anyone else ever had that?

 

I swear I'm not going crazy... It was the weirdest damn thing. I just felt at peace at that moment. Like it never happened. I don't know. Y'all all may think I'm bat shit crazy, but it was so weird and so real. Like this wasn't my life. And then I snapped back, but instead of angry... I felt peace.

 

I don't know. I'm sober as a whistle, just curious if this has ever happened to anyone else. What stage is this? Like where the heck am I in the process?

It's only been a little over a week for me but this happens constantly to me , when I forget for a second and everything seems normal for a moment , just a moment till I realize wait I have herpes . It's not normal . I feel spaced out and try hard to not think about it. I am very glad to hear some one come to terms with this . Maybe one day I will. Good luck Hun ,, @thisisgoingtobeokay

What's really cool is when it happens for days at a time :) that's just started happening for me. I go days without thinking about any of my H and it's pretty awesome.
