That's a long time, I'm sorry to hear about that. I've kept my diagnosis to myself for a year and a half (except for disclosing to two men I was dating). My time is much shorter, but it is certainly isolating. Maybe you have a friend who is very dear to you who you could talk to. Sending you a hug!
