Epsom salt effects on herpes?

Has anyone took the Epsom salt bath, if so what was the effects after....

Many many people have done it on here ... generally it soothes the area and helps to dry it up. Best way with H is to draw up the water, sit in the tub, and drop the salts right between your legs. Soak for about 20 min... get out and DRY THOROUGHLY ... preferably with a blow drier on low.

shower first tho, don't want to stew in your own , er, filth do ya??? I dig me some Epsom baths, even when not in OB mode as they help sore muscles and any othe skin issue. just don't bring your dang smartphone and FB, get a real book :)

Yes! This has been amazing, and my saving grace... especially during the first outbreak. I always keep some on hand at the house. Very soothing.

 

I winced the first time I heard about it, since I was afraid it would burn. Quite the opposite effect... cooling and soothing!
