How do you tract your outbreaks and treatments?

Hey there;) I've had this lovely virus for 21 years and just recently in the past couple years feel like my outbreaks are getting closer together. I would like a way of tracking the outbreak and the treatments I try as sometimes they are different from the last outbreak. Does anyone have an app or a general way of tracking their brakes and more treatment successes and failures? I use a tracker for me. And have downloaded a new version for this purpose but it doesn't seem to have the options I would like.

It's interesting that after all this time your ob's are getting closer together....does that mean more often? Are you on anti viral daily or just with ob? I've had H over 30 yrs and only had about 5 ob's per year which isn't a lot, but started anti viral in last of Feb this yr and have not had one.

Right!! I have thought it odd too that OB's have gotten closer together... But they have! I've only taken Pmeds in the very early days years ago. L-lysine was suggested to me about 10 years or more ago and I take it when I feel tingling. I have considered taking the Pmeds in the last month though because like I said I think my hormones are playing a role here.
