Very stressed and scared. Is this herpes?

So the last 2 months have been very stressful. I had unprotected oral from a girl at the end of September and then the next week I received unprotected oral and protected vaginal sex from the same girl. About a month later I started feeling burning at the tip of my penis and pain in my left testicle, after changing the type of underwear I wore the testicle pain went away but the penis pain is still there. No visible lesions have been seen over the time period, and about a week ago I had a IGG test for HSV 2 which came back negative but A few days later I started experiencing skin sensitivity on the back of my thighs on the same spot on both thighs and I've read about herpes nerve pain and I was wondering if this feeling I'm experiencing is caused from herpes?? Or if HSV 1 caused this type of feeling?? Aslo I've been having painful erections and it kinda hurts when I ejaculate. Does this sound like herpes?

The burning on the tip of your penis could be herpes, but impossible to say at this point if there's nothing that can be properly swabbed. It takes a while for a blood test to actually detect antibodies, so for a recent infection, a swab would be the only way to get a definitive result. Have you gotten a full STD panel to see if it's something else?

Hi Adrial,

I went to the urologist yesterday and was diagnosed with prostatitis. I've been tested for everything but HSV 1. I've been negative for everything. I got an HSV 2 test last week which was at 8 weeks after the sexual encounter and the results came back negative
