Tingles?

Those of you with HSV2, do you ever get those random tingles even when you're not having an outbreak? I'm still not sure what a "tingle" is really supposed to feel like. Sometimes I get these weird shocks down there. Not painful at all, just a little tiny spark or a shock. It's hard to describe!

 

Does anyone else get these too?!

Ya..I get electrical shocks on the back of legs..like ants biting me

I get random tingles. More so when I'm close to an outbreak, but not always.

Herpes T2 attacks/ inhabits the nervous system in the base of your spine. When you feel "tingles" or shocks down there you are likely shedding virus. During this time it is safest to abstain from sex, while the herpes is active. I definately know when I am shedding because I do occasionally get nerve pain.
