Future herpes outbreak locations same?

Hi Adrial ! Thank you for approved me in member here .I got Herpes simplex by unpleasante from another guy since a white ..and now it s outbreak as my anus fissute ..is this the outbreak will come back another time of year and will be the same spot that i v got .

? Another question is if after outbreak done .could i be able to have safe sex without spread the virus for another guy .Can i just do Oral sex ?
