What can I use for a painful hsv 2 outbreak?

I have been averaging one outbreak a month but they were very mild. Now I have a very painful outbreak with the lesions on the lower inside of the labia on the right side so underwear and using the restroom is horrific! It's so painful that I shake when I need to urinate, I only lightly pat the area and it bleeds. I'm now on daily suppression medication but this hurts so bad! Is there anything I can put on it to lessen the pain? Sadly it's a difficult spot to keep dry so I think that is making it worse. Thanks in advance for any help!
