Still having herpes outbreak???

I got diagnosed with herpes on April 30, 2018 and i had my symptoms a week before I got diagnosed and was in serious pain. I took my acyclovir for 7 days and the soars went away but I noticed I still had bumps on my vulva but I wasn’t in pain so I thought it would go away. Now on May 16, I have bumps all near my groin and a little towards my anus and it’s been 5 weeks...I don’t know why it’s still here and I’m getting scared. I’m also in pain and almost finished my 2/3 refill for the medicine. Please help I don’t know if it’s another breakout or what. The bumps look under the skin
