New to this

I am 65 and I just found out in October that I have this and am looking for people to talk to. I haven't been in a dating relationship since I got the diagnosis and haven't had to disclose it to anyone yet. I recently met someone who brought it up and he is very fearful of it. We have only had a few casual dates and I don't know him well enough to reveal my "secret." If it gets to that point, I don't know how to do it. I think he will run, because he is so afraid of it. Also, I am afraid he will tell others, and we both belong to a dance community where gossip spreads fast. How do YOU handle telling someone? I welcome all responses.

Truth is you never know if the person you tell will end up saying something or not. I would listen to my gut and not say anything unless things get very serious.
