Really freaked out, please help

I have a close male friend who is positive for genital herpes, but has no outbreaks. I know this is such a stupid decision to make, and I regret that I did it, but what's done is done and I cannot take it back now. So Friday night my friend was rubbing his penis on my butt crack, not anywhere near the butthole though. Saturday night I gave him head. We were both intoxicated both times. Now I have terrible anxiety that I have been exposed to and contracted herpes. Not only on my butt, but on my mouth as well. I haven't had any outbreak yet, and I am going to see my primary care doctor today to discuss with her what to do next, as I am going out of town for a week and terrified I will not be able to do anything if I happen to get my first outbreak while out of town.
