Is this herpes on my wrist?

Never had an OB before but was just diagnosed and not sure what this is. Plan to go see a doctor ASAP but looking for opinions.

Hey @Mrb55555! Really hard to say upon visual inspection. That could easily be a patch of poison ivy, too. But since they are active, they should be easy for a clinician to swab to get an accurate test from.

No pain, itch a little bit, no real soars per say and are already starting to dissipate after a couple days. If they are an HSV2 breakout and I were to touch someone could that be contagious? Thanks for the input and heading to see a clinician shortly.
