Is Discharge Normal?

Hi all, 

I'm experiencing my first OB after finding out I'm HSV-2 positive this weekend. I'm in excruciating pain - honestly the worst pain I've ever experienced. I have the usual symptoms, itchiness, tingling, burning, having trouble urinating, etc. But I'm also experiencing a lot of white, thin discharge (I'm a female). Honestly it almost looks like milk. Sometimes I'll get up and it's just like I'm leaking everywhere. It's weird. I haven't found anything online. Has anyone else experienced this symptom?

I'm lonely and sad.

I'm not female, so can't say I'm an expert on that sort of problem but what I have read in past & its quite a lot, I've never heard of that.

I would suggest you go straight to your Doctor, its better to be safe than sorry.

Yes I have milky white discharge and wondered if it was because of GHSV as well. I dont know if it's a normal discharge or not.

I definitely have milky discharge when I think I’m having an outbreak (I was just diagnosed in July  and am just now getting over my second OB). Mine is wet but I wouldn’t say it’s as wet as water or milk. You could just be experiencing a bad OB (initial OB’s are the worst) and your body is flushing what it can. 

But definitely go to the dr and get checked out either way!

I had crazy amounts of the same kind of discharge with my first outbreak. From what I understand, the discharge is normal. I ended up wearing panty liners until it subsided. As long as it doesn't smell bad or have a green or yellow color, it's likely fine. But better to check with your doc to be sure!
