Ladies Question

Hey everyone,

Just wondering if anyone could give me advice on what to do during a period and an outbreak at the same time! What would you recommend tampons or pads? Not sure what to choose.

Diva Cup. Tampons and pads are both full of chemicals.

I use a cup and I also bought some reusable pads for at night. They are really soft and comfy on your bits. If your grossed out by cleaning them I just chuck them in the shower when I warm the shower up 🙂

I bought a diva cup and love it!!! Thanks for the advice 🙂
