[Autoinoculation after 11 years?]

Can't really say for sure til u have a more obvious outbreak that u can say with less doubt. But I can say I've had this same problem with being told she didn't think it was wen it's pretty obvious it is because it had gone away a little by the time I saw my doctor. Can't really blame them though when they do look like it can be other things also.  Just see it as it is an outbreak and don't touch it and do ur Normal outbreak routine if u can. Just to be safe.

It is very much possible to pass hsv 2 to different areas like face and eyes which has happened to me. Do you mean just having hsv 2 but at several locations?  Hsv 2 isn't just a genital disease. It's just most common there.

It could be possible that you spread it to other areas before but just didn't have breakouts. It's also possible the person could have infected you there without u having breakouts. Hsv 2 can also be given contracted orally and everywhere else. It's just less common. I also have throughout body as well as throughout face.  It can just start getting worse after a while. Everyone is different. But it does happen. But a big stresser can be the trigger than brings it out.  Like u getting knocked in the head. Or ur pregnancy. So I think all ur stress is what is bringing it on.   Not that I'm accusing ur husband or anything but u tested with him?

Yeah that's perfectly fine to tell them after first date before the 2 of u start liking each other. Although I would suggest talking to them a little while before going on a date so that u have a better idea if u could like each other.  Best to take things slow.  And as far as how u tell them it all depends on how ur best able to do it and ur comfort level. Try to feel out the situation as well as u can to know what's best way to say it. And best way the person could take it. Just use ur best judgement

[Dating standards and a herpes diagnosis]

I unfortunately have to except my situation as being a little worse as mine is spread throughout which makes it very difficult for me to have physical intimacy. So Its more about those who except me.  And from those I try to see if we connect.  But it's becoming evident to me I shouldn't just be excepting someone just because they except me and now I'm starting to realize I might be better holding off trying to find someone for a few years.

I think Anna is right about his age making him more childish.  I personally don't think there's anything wrong with getting to know someone first and letting them like you before telling them as long as you know you're going to tell them and u dont do anything before letting the person Know. probably before meeting them too, And also don't lie about anything. That's how I go about it.  If (online) you both really are looking for something serious then that should be something that can be over looked if there is a connection.  But if they still can't overcome it it is still understandable. Can't be mad at someone for not being able to.  It's just the way that guy went about it seemed like he's a doucher.

[First Outbreak Seems Never-ending Advice Please!]

Also a lot of the time people will get two breakouts one after the other. Happens to me. U'll soon find out if that's something that regularly happens to u as well. If it is u can b prepared and take medication and vitamins or supplements before 2nd outbreak making it much less severe.

Yes that definitely can be from outbreaks. Somewhat common symptoms. Diarrhea as well. Although maybe it's the other way around and ur uti's r causing u to have more outbreaks?  But the valtrax can b doing it also. Just know that those  r 3 answers u can work out and figure out for future knowledge. I personally am on acyclovoir so I don't know from personal experience what valtrax does. And I can't believe they haven't prescribed u an ointment for ur anus out break. That's something they should have helped u with.  Or were u too embarrassed in telling them u had outbreaks there?  Ointment will help u an ok amount.  Won't completely take away that pain  but it helps.  And as far as will it always be that bad most likely not. Everyone is different. It might be a while til ur body gets a decent handle on it.  Or hopefully ur body is one that has more control over it.

Yeah if it's been since last year and you're still testing negative for both hsv's and uv tested for it numerous times then u should at least rest easier about the thought of it being herpes. U did blood test at least 3 months after wen u think u were exposed right?  And u said u did test positive for Lyme disease?

I have it on my face and it has spread throughout my body.  Can't really say for sure if what ur experiencing is out breaks. ur gonna have to wait and see.  But after a while if it is ull know from recognizing more typical herpes symptoms. And if it keeps popping up at the same spot. Wait for it to pop up before u can worry more.  U might just be noticing these symptoms cuz ur putting more thought on that area now. And thinking everything could be symptom.  Which I think we all do.

Which medication did they have you on? Even though they're all kind of the same there's a few different meds u can take. Maybe. Also people say lysine supplements helps a little . I take lysine also I don't know if it helps but I take in case. It might be rough for a while if you try not taking medication.  Also I've heard people say periods bring it on some Times. Although I'm not a female so I'm not positive about that

I went to infectious disease specialist and they didn't tell me anymore than a normal doctor did. By the time I had gone to the appointment it was barely there or not there.  Even when it is there it is slightly cuz of the fact I take daily medication. It's hard to go as soon as it pops up.

I wish mine would disappear in 30 minutes. That would be so nice.  Mine are there for a while. Even on medication. But must have been tough to getting it at 16 :(.

It's been a while. The daily medication does help. Some of the flare ups I won't feel any symptoms or only slightly. But the constant flare ups are mentally draining. Especially knowing what my breakouts would be like if I wasn't able to get a hold of medication.

Is there anyone who's had hsv 2 breakouts on their eye area or throughout their body?  Just would like to hear of any kind of advice or your story. Anything you can tell me really.  I've had my breakouts spread throughout my face including eyelids. Now spreading to my hands.  And I'm constantly breaking out. I take daily medication and it does make breakouts minor but it still is constant.

If you want to be certain you might have to wait 3 months to take the test if it was aquired recently. That way if it was herpes it would show up in the test by then. So just try to relax see if anything else pops up or any other weird symptoms show up til then. If not then good chance it's just a cut :).
