[IgG blood test positive at .91?]

Does anyone know about IgG blood testing? My value was at .91 and was told it's positive, is this correct? I read .91 is in the range that's neither negative nor positive. Am I wrong to go to the internet and assume it's right? Maybe just hopeful.

I got a blood test and it came back at .91 my doctor said it was positive for hsv 2. But every time I search the results I read it's neither positive or negative. Is there any one that has information about the tests? Is it possible that I don't have it?
