[Could I be having a 2nd outbreak]

I woke up 3 weeks ago with painful red blisters on my butt also with very painful urination. Went to family doc and he gave me antibiotics for a UTI. A week later blisters were scabbed over but still very painful urination.  Family doc called in new antibiotics. 3 days later still wasnt feeling better and noticed a red bump in my genital area.  (Thought it was a ingrown hair)

Went to gyno and he swabbed 2 sores I didnt even know I had. Called the next day to say that HSV was detected and started me on a anti viral medication for 3 days. 

It's been a week since I've been done with the meds. 

My issues now are worrying me. My butt is so itchy all the time. But no new sores. Have some numbness/weird sensations  in my vaginal and anal area. Some itching in the vaginal area. 

Could I be having another outbreak already so soon after my 1st?  

I've done so much research it's all blurring together.
