[Outbreak healing very slowly]

I know I have genital herpes due to the fact that my wife started to show an outbreak on top of her right side buttock. I recent started to feel flu like symptoms within the past 2 months (late November) and mid December I started to notice this lesion. I tested for all stds except herpes late November all negative. But I’m scared im co-infected with something like hiv as I will retest in February. Pls im very scared.

I recently got infected with genital herpes (down there) and was wondering is a white coated tongue and dry mouth a possible symptom? Cause my tongue never looked like this before I was infected.
