Yeah I told him before we had any sexual contact but I just feel so bad I If I did give it to him I don’t want to give this to anyone I get that he made that decision but I just feel horrible if I didn’t give it to him maybe I didn’t and it’s all my head

So a guy I’m seeing we been having sex almost 2 months and recently in the past 2 weeks we had sex unprotected twice unprotected, he’s knows about my hsv 2 , (I got the sores above my clit in the initial ob and never got them again)
When I disclosed to him he did tell me he get cold sores and he dated a woman a while back that had it and claims to never gotten it from her (which I believe he’s being truthful) so the last time we had sex was a couple days ago and I found out he was still sleeping with a ex in protected (not sure if this the one that has hsv 2 as well which I doubt) and other women with condoms
Now he just told me the other day that after Both times he had sex with me his penis got irritated and he thought it was claimydia which I never had and still doesn’t but he went ang got tested and it was negative
And he claimed to be tested for hsv 2 and it was negative as well but the doc told him it can take time for antibodies to build
But I don’t think I gave it to him only because he felt just irritation only after having sex with me and he said he think my body fluids doesn’t sit well on his and I think it’s yeast possibly my ph balance is off just wanted somebodies opinion on it he said it’s not itchy just irritated I would be devastaated if I gave him this

For me it took About 2 & a half weeks to be completely symptom free

Yeah my doctor confirmed w me u can’t get it from a surface it’s only skin to skin contact and sexually because of it’s location and herpes is not in semen r vaginal fluids unless that’s the area affected the fluids can carry the virus out

Yeah just be straight up with her and ask her and even ask her to get tested so that will give some clarity , 27 years is along time I know that can be a long term infection but 27 years and no absolute symptoms sounds very mysterious to me

The right thing to do is always just tell them even after, I find it interesting now a days how people are willing to have unprotected sex with people w/o even mentioning hiv and STDs , he probaly would have been okay with it who knows, because he was taking a risk for everything if you think about it ...

When was the last time you had sex it’s most likely from a recent exposure anywhere in between the past 3-6 mos

That’s the thing with men they do not care smh, they will flat out lie about the because they don’t care about it does he know which one he has ? I doubt u have it u will find out once your results come back and just to let u know , he was NEVER gonna tell you , god forbid u got it and told him he probaly would have turned it on you if he’s that much of an ass or say he didn’t know or maybe just come out how old are you and him ?

Honestly you don’t have to go to a infectious disease doctor about this , the risk is only 2% he just has to deal w the risk when it come to you

It’s only one thing that bother me when comes to genital herpes.... when I’m old like 70-80 will I be breaking out more because my immune system will probaly be weaker sometimes the thought that 40-60 years from now I will have this and this nothing to do about it l, that’s why idk how people can just pass this on like it’s nothing I hate the thought that I might breakout out down there when I’m old I don’t wanna have to have those worries :/

Y’all can perform oral sex on each other I seen over 2 doctors that said u cannot transmit hsv2 orally is nearly impossible so tell him he can go down on u it’s pretty much no risk with that
