I took acyclovir and had some weird symptoms such as headaches and bruises appearing on my legs. So I stopped. I am trying to change my diet and exercise more frequently. Taking small steps to feel better.

I feel very insecure ever since i have HSV1 and HSV2. I try to pretend that i am alright. In fact, i am still not so fine.

This is my second month after contacting HSV1 and HSV2. Will i spread Herpes to someone who kisses me on the cheeks or someone who hugs me? Is Herpes contagious by sharing food?

Whenever I take the medication, I feel very tired and lethagic. At the moment, I am not feeling comfortable to have sex. I don't feel normal.

After diagnosis, I was totally lost. I am very glad that this forum allows me to share my fears. I am still adjusting to having hsv1 and hsv2. I just joined a gym. Starting working out for two days. I am more conscious of my diet. I hope this will help me to build up my immune system.

It was determined by swab of lesion. I really feel lousy about myself to the extend of not feeling like a human being.

I found out a week ago that i have herpes. I am very happy that my husband is very supportive although i had been unfaithful to him. I was neglected wife and started sleeping around with others. I am still in the midst of facing the fact that i am infected. I feel so ashamed of myself but i have no one to talk to. I feel so miserable. I am unsure if herpes can evolve into HIV without having any sexual contact?
