I go to the doctors regularly to get checkups. I started seeing a guy a year ago. We live together and this point I really love them.Before I became Intimate with him I went to the doctors and got screened for everything and told them to include a herpes and syphilis as they werent going to. The doctor told me she would do in hsv 2 since one was common. Everything came back negative and I have been with my boyfriend and unprotected on several occasions. Never to believe that I had anything because I never had an Outbreak. Recently went to the doctors because I saw one small bump that the doctor diagnosed as an ingrown hair but they didn't swab it because of boy concerns and gave me cream for ingrown hair. I insisted on getting HSv1 and HSv2 blood testing just add a safety protection and i came back that I was positive for type 1. Because I thought I had and grown hair and didn't think anything of it because it doesn't tingle or hurt sand was told otherwise I had sex with my boyfriend and now I am scared that I might have given it to him to. Not only am I freaking out that I found out that I just have it but even more so because I feel as though I might have given it to him and I need to talk to him about it and I don't know what to do. Does anybody have advice for me.
