Hi there, I found out I had HSV2 early January. I started taking antivirals right after the office visit, and started daily therapy right after. My question is can you still get outbreaks while on daily therapy? Because I feel like I’m feeling another one coming on today. So do I also now bump it up to 3x a day again? I take Acyclovir 400 mg. I’m pretty sure stress and hormones are bringing this possible new outbreak (yay new IUD which is causing spotting right now).
