Does it make the herpes twice as powerful and destructive? Do you end up with twice as many antigens/cells? Do you have 'double trouble'?

Hello...I have had gHSV2 for almost 40 years. I have only recently begun to take Valtrex 500MG one Tab Daily for the last 6 months. Due to a doctor change, I have been off the Daily Valtrex for 2 weeks. How long should I be off of Valtrex before I can get the Shingles Vaccine to work in full and then how long until I can go back on the Valtrex? Also, if I get the Shingles Vaccine, will this bring about aHrpes outbreak? I haven't had one in a long time.
