Honestly I've been laying in bed for the past 2 days with a fan blowing down there. I dont know that its helping but makes it comfortable a little.

I actually seen an ER dr. I seen a gyno for endometriosis. I had an appointment today with her not related to the herpes but I couldn't go. Im in unbearable pain.

So I just got diagnosed yesterday. I have Interstitial Cytitus which is painful bladder syndrome. I normally urinate 25 times a day well because of the outbreak and EXTREME pain I've been lucky to go 1 time a day. I take hydrocodone for my IC but has anyone had any luck with it helping with pain from an outbreak. The DR also prescribed me Ketoprofen?

Im 24 years old and I just found out last night that I have Herpes.. it hurts the most because I've always been so clean and careful. I've had the same partner for quite some time and we are both completely faithful. He does get cold sores on his lips quite often so I suppose I contracted it from oral sex. Im in so much pain psychically and emotionally. What do I do? I already seen a DR and he put me on 3 different medications. I just feel so lost..
