For the last 2 to 3 weeks, and a week before my cycle began, I have been having mild pain and funny sensations down my left leg. The pain often come and go, but is mostly there. Is this a sign of an outbreak and if so how long does it usually last. I have been under a log of stress lately with school and my kids. Plus, my anxiety is through the roof.

I found out two days ago I have HSV 2. Before my diagnosis I suffered from anxiety daily with muscle pain. Now I am having pain on the right side of my neck, upper back, and pain down my left leg. Is this part of herpes or anxiety, please help. I'm very new to this.
