  1. Thanks for the replies. I do need to start taking better care of myself as far as eating better and perhaps trying some supplements or vitamins. @wcsdancer2010. The test I had did not state any numbers just said positive. I do believe a follow up is necessary for some peace of mind and some relief of the symptoms if possible.
  2. I was diagnosed about a year ago wit hsv1 via blood test. I am very confused about symptoms. As far as don't have sex when there is OB, but I never know when it is outbreak. My symptoms are as follows burning itching leg pain red irritated skin. I have not seen any distinguishing " sores". Plus these symptoms seem to be present always. Does this sound familiar to anyone? How can I know when I'm actually having an OB, am I having constant OB even after having this for a year?
  3. @fitgirl thanks for the reply. I know at times I am being a little OCD with all this but I just want to be careful not to expose anyone.☺️
  4. I was diagnosed with GHSV about a year ago. I am aware of the general way it is transmitted but I tend to worry a lot. My concern is spreading the virus to my 5 year old through everyday life. Ex: toilet seat or not washing hands well enough? Is there any risk? Or am I just being paranoid?
